NO. The total is indicated before payment is made. And no additional surcharge will ever be requested or added.

The products are sent by post office (Spain). In the case of goods sent abroad, this depends on the post office and its resources in the area. (Aprox. 2 -3 weeks) 

  • Will I be able to return it?

Yes, you can return the material as long as it is the same and it is not used or damaged.

  • Will I get a refund?

Yes, the customer will send (shipping at your expense) the material back to our facilities, the money will be refunded by the same form of payment. (Subtracting the shipping cost).
