Simplemente he tenido que empaquetar mi tweeter averiado. El transportista lo recoge y a los pocos dias lo devuelve reparado. Además cualquier duda sobre y durante el proceso me ha sido resuelta rápida y claramente por correo.
Sin duda, totalmente recomendable!

Vivo en Madrid, realicé el pedido el martes con envío económico, vinieron a recogerlo el miércoles... el viernes recibí el paquete y me dio la impresión de que la empresa de transportes se había equivocado y me lo había devuelto. Me puse en contacto con DecibelAudio y cual fue mi sorpresa cuando me dijeron que todo estaba correcto, que ya habían arreglado el Tweeter... en sólo 3 días transporte y arreglo... no me lo podía creer. Realmente un SERVICIO EXCELENTE, de 10!!!!

Se me rompió la membrana del Tweeter y en 5 días lo recogieron en casa, lo repararon y lo tenéis de vuelta.
Ahora se escucha perfectamente. Y el precio....razonable

Un trato muy profesional,desde el momento que solicité el servicio fue ejecutado con rapidez y efectividad.En mi caso fue el arreglo de unos agudos Infinity, prácticamente los iba a desechar y en menos de una semana estaban devueltos y en perfecto funcionamiento.Y por un precio ridículo,muy recomendable

El tweeter no sonaba ni pasaba corriente por él. Solo tuve que empaquetar y desempaquetar, vinieron a casa a buscarlo. Además de la buena reparación, que hizo que volviera a funcionar, estoy más contento aún con la atención recibida por mail. Gracias Ramón por tus consejos y la rápida respuesta.
